FASHION STRIPS：Swimwear/流行線上：泳裝風情
As heat wave takes over Taiwan, the searchlight of the fashion world aims at the swimming pool.
For the last 2 or 3 years, swimwear has been emulating styles found in fashion plate. This year, the trend continues, churning out swimming suits that virtually overshine the latest fashions.
Swimming suits carry bright colors this year and accentuate three-piece set composed of top, pants, and skirt. In addition to the bra-style tops of bikinis, new deigns include tops elongated all the way to cover midriff or made into bibs. The tops, pitched as going beyond the pool, make chic outdoor attires with matching bottoms or coats.
A dazzling variety of shawls prevail this summer. Some are as long as sari and dish out exotic flavors if worn as skirts. Others are made of sheer chiffon, soft and light, which can be used to wrap your hair. Make a bow at neckline, and you get the instant old-fashioned look trendy in the 1950s.
This season's colors follow the lead of runway, underlining jungle or army green. Thanks to the advancement in
printing and dying technology, water waves or flowers and butterflies can now come alive on the fabric.
Also in the spotlight is shaping well-proportioned breasts, belly, and waistline through specially designed functional suits. Cuttings featuring breast and bottom lifting are found everywhere. The increasing popularity of spa therapy and hot springs prompts designers to turn out highly elastic swimming suits resistant to high temperature for ladies desiring sporty looks in hot water.

這兩、三年來一直強調時裝化的泳裝，今年不但蔚為流行，而且還美得直逼時裝風采。
今年泳衣花色鮮豔，款式也朝向一衣、一褲、一裙的三件式組合大作文章。其中比較有變化的是上衣方面，除了以往超清涼的比基尼式，或者小可愛的標準款式之外，今年特別將上衣長度加長至肚臍上方，或者做成類似肚兜，而針對這些時髦的上衣樣式，各家品牌已經訴求外穿形式，只要注意下半身的搭配或者再加件外衣就非常的趕流行。
例如今年女性化的披裙變化非常多，有的長如沙龍圍裙，穿起來很有異國風，有的是一襲輕盈薄紗，不僅秀出透明之美，還可套在髮上、頸邊打個蝴蝶結，就成為50年代風行的復古造型。
至於花色的採用不外乎隨著時裝趨勢，像綠色有如叢林的大地綠，或者仿軍裝的簡潔線條；另外拜高科技印染技術之賜，在布面呈現如水波般立體律動，或者花卉蝴蝶的圖騰也飛舞著彷彿真有生命一般。
展現纖細健美的曲線是女人永不退燒的話題，美化胸部、腹部和腰臀的線條仍然是今年泳裝機能的訴求重點，隨處可見強調豐胸托臀的立體剪裁。而針對SPA水療、泡湯的盛行，各品牌也專門開發耐高溫、彈性佳的SPA泳衣，讓享受泡湯的女性也能美美地亮相，豐富這一季泳裝的風情。
