Okino's days in Kaohsiung / 沖野的港都行腳
Okino Yukikatsu, a Japanese professional hair stylist, has been in Taiwan for ten years. Chengching Lake his first impression of Kaohsiung. Okino likes to get close to mother nature so he and his family go to Chengching Lake and Neiweibi Culture Park, where there are a lot of trees and greenery, when they have free time. However, Okino hopes there will be more recreation areas for both parents and children.
When Okino's friends visit him, he usually takes them to the Oceanic Scenary Restaurant at National Sun Yat-sen University or to some local seafood restaurants. Speaking of food, Okino likes pettitoes very much. He likes the convenience of having access to all kinds of food in Taiwan. He thinks the convenience is one of Taiwan's charms.
Okino is glad that the government has established many essential policies that are closely related to the residents, such as " Don't drink and drive" and "Keep trash off the ground." He noticed that Kaohsiung has changed, and it has become much cleaner and prettier than before. In addition, as a hair stylist, Okino is aware that people are able to accept new concepts more readily than before.
Okino has won respect, trust and friendship form his clients because he is hard working and is devoted to his job as a hair stylist. After working in his profession for more than twenty years, he humbly said that he is still learning because no text book can teach you how to serve clients in every particular.
Kaohsiung, Known as an ocean capital, has many talented nad hard working people. The city itself just gets better and better, thus ensuring that its citizens will be happy and proud to live in this land.
日籍的沖野行克來台十年，從事美髮設計業，對高雄的第一印象從「澄清湖」開始，熱愛大自然的沖野平日閒暇時喜歡跟家人到戶外走走，偏好綠地多、樹木茂盛的地方，綠油油的景色給人心曠神怡的感覺，所以澄清湖、美術館內惟碑文化園區也常常可以見到沖野一家人的蹤跡。沖野希望，有更多適合親子同遊的戶外的風景區，讓家長與小朋友在旅行時有更多的選擇。
每當有朋友來訪時，沖野先生會帶他們去中山大學的海景餐廳，或在高雄當地的海鮮店大啖海鮮，除了海鮮之外，豬腳是另一個令沖野無法抗拒的美食，沖野說，在台灣，想吃美食時，就可以誰隨時買到，這樣的方便生活在沖野的眼裏，也是另一個台灣奇特的魅力之一，在台灣，不管多晚，隨時隨地都擁有許多的選擇。
近年來政府持續推動許多與民眾息息相關的政策，好比說：「喝酒不開車」和「垃圾不落地」等，他表示相當認同和支持，沖野感覺高雄確實在進步中，市容較以前乾淨、美觀，值得注意的是，民眾對於新觀念的接受度較以前快。
這位認真生活工作，也認真工作的沖野談到他的專業－美髮時表示，他最喜歡的工作是為客戶找出最適合的髮型。從事美髮工作20餘年的資深日籍美髮師沖野表示，服務業是一門很深的學問，也是一門沒有課本的學問，他客氣地表示，自己還在學習中。
海洋首都，臥虎藏龍；進步中的高雄，相信可以讓沖野行克當個更快樂的高雄人。
