The 74th floor View Deck of the Splendor Kaohsiung, with the 2nd rapidest elevator ride in the world, provides a perfect venue for enjoying nocturnal scenes in Kaohsiung. The highest Soft-shelled Turtle Exhibition Hall in the city is also perched on it.

The changing lights that grace the top of the elevator allow you to experience day and night within merely 43 seconds. The View Deck of the Splendor Kaohsiung is surrounded by four heavy curtains, with telescopes encircling it. Tourists can enjoy an aerial view of spectacular Kaohsiung City and nearby ocean in every direction. Hsiaoliuchiu Islet can even be in sight on a clear day!

The Kaohsiung Port, the 6th largest container port in the world, can be seen from the top of the building.
